Yes. You may need to pay a security deposit. This amount is held with us. Upon satisfactory return of the rented item, you will get back the security deposit. You need to provide your bank details on your profile to receive your bond back.

If the rented item is damaged, which is more than normal wear and tear, the issue has to be solved by the renter and lender themselves. Make sure you sign the rental agreement in front of the renter/lender at the pick-up site after assessing the item. Provide any additional clauses and images of the item before signing the agreement.
There are no additional fees or charges associated with the rental process. The rental cost includes a sum of the rental rate and the security deposit. Besides this, if any damage is found that was made during the rental period, a demurrage may be charged to the renter by the lender.
You can rent multiple items. However, each rental transaction is a separate one. You need to rent each item separately.
Currently, there is no discount available for long term rental. However, lender may offer so.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use the website and services. You may also need to have a government issued ID to receive an item.

Rental Agreements are created automatically after payment. The agreement will only be enforceable after both parties have signed. The agreement can only be signed when the renter and the lender are at the spot upon scanning each other's QR codes.
