1.1. By accessing or using Sqaner’s website ("Website") and the associated rental services ("Service"), you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). right to suspend or terminate any User account that provides false or misleading information.

their account credentials. Any actions taken under a User’s account are the User’s responsibility. Sqaner
disclaims liability for unauthorized activity on an account due to User’s failure to secure account
information.
2.4. Listing Transparency
Lenders set the rental fees and security deposits for each
listing. Sqaner does not control or influence these fees, thereby creating a fair marketplace for all users.
3.1. Ownership of Content
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text,
images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Sqaner, its licensors, or other third parties and
is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify,
or distribute any content without prior written consent from Sqaner.
3.2. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Sqaner grants Users a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes
only. This license may be revoked at Sqaner’s discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms.

rentals must be conducted through Sqaner’s secure payment system. Conducting transactions outside of
Sqaner’s platform is strictly prohibited, as it compromises transaction security and transparency. Any
breach of this provision may result in account suspension or termination.

Sqaner respects the privacy of all Users and adheres to the
principles outlined in the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our

other party involved in the rental process, solely to facilitate communication and verification.

gross rental fee before taxes are applied.
7.2. Lender’s Responsibility
Lenders are responsible for setting rental fees and any
applicable security deposits for their listings. Sqaner does not dictate these fees, thereby allowing
lenders control and flexibility over their listings.
7.3. Payment Security
All financial transactions are securely processed through Sqaner’s
integrated payment system, ensuring the protection of both lenders and renters.
8.1. "As-Is" Provision
Sqaner provides the Website and Service on an "as-is" and
"as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8.2. Platform Integrity
